Kimberly Winslow
Kim Winslow is a Sales Associate at Residential Properties, Ltd. who has built a successful 20 year career assisting buyers and sellers of various forms of real estate. Kim is a lover of the arts, serving on the Board of Trustees at Festival Ballet Providence for years. During Kim's 36 years as a resident of Providence, Kim has volunteered her time to mentor youth through Year Up Rhode Island and has been involved with the Summit Neighborhood Association, Martin Luther King School Parent Teacher Organization and Providence Preservation Society.
 
What sets Kim apart from many of her peers is that she has a unique ability to tackle complex transactions with a combination of direct knowledge gained from experience, and a willingness to pull in other necessary professionals to achieve the best outcome for her clients. Kim's historical and cultural knowledge of Providence is extensive, but her deal making experience and open communication style is what clients love the most about Kim. When not assisting clients, Kim can be found sampling one of the many new gourmet restaurants, at the ballet or spending time being a mom to her two lovely adult daughters. A great conversationalist, Kim is always open to meeting and assisting new clients, many of whom become her friends.
